What are your daily tasks?

Is welding a difficult job? Not for you!
As a steel fixer you work for small or medium sized steel re(inforcement-) bar companies in the rebar processing industry. You usually work inside in a prefabrication hall or in a production hall.
You will be involved in the welding of various reinforcement constructions based on a technical drawing.

What do we expect from you?

In this profession it is important that you have knowledge from technical plans, you have an eye for measurement and detail and that you can stay focused while welding. You must be aware that your work has to be of good quality. You are motivated and show commitment and interest in the field. Furthermore, you are willing to take responsibility. 

What can you expect from us?

You will be paid in accordance with the client's collective labor agreement. If you have relevant work experience, we will take this into account.
You will receive an ADV allowance (if applicable) and accrue reserves hours for holiday and holiday allowance. If there is a official public holiday on a planned working day, you will continue to be paid for this day.
You can choose between a weekly or 4-weekly salary payment, whichever you prefer!
You also accrue pension in accordance with the rules of the STIPP pension.
